Dear Students,

Not long now: The new semester is knocking on the door. We, the AStA of the HAW, Students for Future and the Green Office of the University of Hamburg seized this opportunity to organise another climate week “Kickstart for Climate” to kick off the new semester. This time around, next to all the other exciting events, there is even going to be a climate camp on the campus of the University of Hamburg during the entire week.

The Climate Week will take place from the 13^th to the 19^th of October and addresses all students at Hamburg’s Universities, no matter if they are freshmen, exchange students or studying in higher semesters. You can look forward to a diverse and interesting programme and to getting to know like-minded people.

Among others, there will be exciting talks, a chance to chat with climate activists from Kenya, a bike tour through the city, a tour through the German Climate Computing Centre, and a clothes and book swapping event. You should also join our vegan cooking session and the concert!
